Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact (including shoe boxes)
- All tags must still be attached
Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on slippers and flat sandals unless they are defective or incorrect items. These products are considered final sale.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:

- Wait for approval: Our team will review your request and send a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days
- Package your items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund:
- Payment method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-10 business days after approval
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability:
- Exchanges are processed after we receive your return
- If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead
- There is no additional charge for exchanges (we cover the shipping cost for your new item)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and send a replacement as soon as possible.
Reminder: Chic Ladies Footwear is not responsible for return packages lost in transit. Please keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
