Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, in their original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact (including shoe boxes)
  • All tags must still be attached
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on slippers and flat sandals unless they are defective or incorrect items. These products are final sale.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package your items – Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund:

  • Original payment method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-10 business days after approval
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are final sale

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please note:

  • Exchanges are processed after we receive your return
  • If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead
  • There is no additional charge for exchanges (we cover the shipping cost for your new item)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and send a replacement as soon as possible.
